Due to the nature of our candle kits and the care that goes into curating each item, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at scentsandwickcompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
